I had the privilege to meet and photograph Prof Stephen Hawking at his office last week at Cambridge University. The last time I photographed Stephen was in Utah, USA, eighteen years ago while working as the official photographer on a film called, ‘Fate of the Universe,’ Directed by Diane Beam. Diane and I became good friends while working together. It was very magical meeting Diane and Stephen again all these years later. I gave Prof Hawking a photograph I took outside King’s College, Cambridge when we first met and he now has it sitting on his bookshelf in his office. (Diane is the lady sitting next to him). A very special day indeed and hopefully more to follow soon….

Senior Portrait – Jimmy
I have been working on a series of portraits of incredible people who are in their ‘Golden years,’ and feel very fortunate to meet each individual who have such zest for life and stories to share.
Contemporary Family Portraits – Starring Freddie
A great morning spent with the Raven Family – Freddie being the star of the show! It’s always fun and at the same time challenging to photograph youngsters with their parents. Fortunately, the girls had their portraits taken with me earlier in the year – but with the new addition they were back for more photographs with lots of giggles and a few chocolate treats – Freddie, the baby was oblivious to it all. What a cutie!
Aylsham High School – Floating Lanterns
I spent an evening at Aylsham High School with Artist, Jessica Perry and Head of Art, Helen Homewood – plus a team brilliant of volunteers, photographing beautiful handmade lanterns in the swimming pool, literally! These were made by children from Aylsham High School in collaboration with Jessica Perry. Project funded by Broadland District Council.

Bohemia Norwich – Photographing some amazing performances.
Lucy Loverheart – Norfolk Illustrator and Painter.
Lucy Loveheart is a star in the making. One of my dearest friends who I have known for many years – when we first met at Norwich School of Art in the mid 1980’s. Lucy has achieved many great things as an artist over the years and she is an inspiration to me and many others who meet her. Her new website is a spectacular showcase of her talents and she is super dynamic and incredibly optimistic in her vision of where she wants her work to be noticed. I wish her all the very best of fairy luck and sparkles with her new team. The most kind hearted and beautiful lady you could ever meet. Check out, www.lucyloveheart.com
